Recent reviews

The English translation option is very limited and the app often says “technical maintenance in progress” and I can’t access anything. When it works, it’s convenient, but it’s unreliable. It often comes up that there’s no English translation available in the app (for example, the section that lists information about insurance coverage options has no English option. Yes, you can translate it on your own, but a reliable translation should be provided). There’s often a discrepancy in what the app shows the cost of a service will be versus the real cost in the doctor’s office (sometimes it applies my insurance coverage, sometimes not).

Only limited functionality is available in English, in broken English, that is. Overall, it’s been rather a terrible user experience using this app. The actual clinics themselves are not very well organised, and some staff is not very polite.

Lately every time I press “schedule an appointment” I get only a white screen, no buttons. Closing and opening the app for 10 times didn’t solve the problem. How am I supposed to schedule my appointments? Luxmed get better!
