eDreams: Flights, hotels, cars

I’ve been an eDreams Prime member for a year and would strongly discourage anyone from signing up. Last year, a booking error on their end split my return flight into two separate one-way tickets instead of one round-trip. When I needed a name change, I was charged the fee twice — £125 total instead of the roughly £63 it should have cost for one ticket — purely because of their mistake. No compensation, no real help resolving it. Also i need to make call germany and paid heavy amount for call as they were not doing help even i was prime member. Because of that, I decided not to renew Prime. I contacted them in May and June, before my renewal date, to cancel — but was told cancellation could only be processed around the renewal date itself (21 July), and to call back nearer the time. My card was still charged. The next day I called and chatted with support asking to cancel and get a refund. Instead of processing it, I was repeatedly pushed toward a £90 voucher or a £45 partial refund while keeping the membership. I declined both and asked to speak to a manager. I was told a manager would call back the following week with a refund. That call never came. My membership has now been cancelled on their end, but I’ve had no refund and no confirmation email. No support, no compensation, broken promises. Avoid.
