Startup freezes and crashes, including crashes when tapping linked words.

Character/diacritic rendering issues (ş, ğ, etc. appear as gibberish).
Searchability problems, especially with verbs, and a small search box.
Support resources are hard to reach or lacking (no manuals; support site not accessible).

Recent reviews

The program will crash if any of the hyper linked words are selected. I do not see any support or online manuals. The Apple support engine provided nothing. I bought the program to learn Turkish pronunciation. My version did not have this feature. This purchase was unsuccessful.
