Spectral Eye

Spectral Eye visualizes sound frequencies with a spiral FFT display. Incoming audio is split into individual sine waves and plotted so octaves radiate from the center. The size and color of the dots reflect the relative strength of each frequency, making harmonics and timbre easy to compare at a glance.

The extension also includes a built-in synthesizer (pure sine or sine with a fifth) and MIDI support to trigger notes on external synths. Drag controls to shape tone, tap or drag on the display to adjust pitch, and use Spectral Eye to observe how notes and chords are formed, or to drive compatible MIDI tools like MIDImorphosis and Infinite Looper.
