Glucose Monitor

Glucose Monitor is a Chrome extension designed to help you track glucose/blood sugar levels, weight, temperature, and other health data. It includes chart visualizations, statistics reporting, email import/export, medication correlation, and reminders to keep your health on track. All readings are user-entered, and there is no device that directly measures medical data.

Key features include a comprehensive, customizable input form; data visualization with charts; medication correlation (oral and injectable), BP arm and position tracking, meal-type associations with glucose, and optional data sync across iOS devices. The app supports multiple users, adjustable units (US/metric/mixed), and flexible export/import options (PDF, CSV, or plain messages).
