The three most repeated problems are crashes on launch or during live playback, intrusive video ads that interrupt listening, and white/blank screens after updates that prevent opening. The most annoying thing about this app is the promo video playing in the background! I’ll be listening on my headphones, then get in my vehicle and the promo is playing in the background! Or if I leave my Wi-Fi on and it connects while I’m driving and I see the buffer circle the promo video will start playing in the background! It’s the most stupid annoying thing ever! I keep deleting the app cause it happens so often!

Been using the app for 9 years. Lately every time I hit the live play button the app crashes. I have to delete and download the app every morning before it will work. That’s right, I use the app every morning!! Please fix it!

The live play button to listen to the live broadcast errors out and kicks me out of the app. I can access everything else, including the episodes of the day, but listening live is impossible when I’m constantly kicked out of the app upon pressing the play button to listen live. If this is fixed, I would love to give a better review.
