요기요만 7년 넘게 사용한 사람인데요. 작년까지만 해도 그렇게 불편하다고 느끼지 않았는데 올해부터 배달지연이 기본이네요. 배달을 하루 1-2개 시켜먹을만큼 많이 사용하는데 배달 예상시간을 한번도 지키지 못합니다. 한번은 3시간초과하셔서 음식점에 전화해보니까 그건 배달기사님잘못이니 무관하시다하고, 본사는 배달 나온 이상 환불 안된다고하고, 결국 항의끝에 환불받았네요. 아마 더이상 요기요를 사용하기는 꺼려지네요.
