Recent reviews

The chatbot doesn’t create service requests and also prevents from creating new ones. I’m unable to get any help from abroad, completely useless app. Also they overcharged me for nothing and now there’s no way for me to call them without spending 700 more, thanks to the broken chatbot (not sure why they’re using old tech when genai is literally everywhere)

Yearly package are increasing 20% every year from last 3 yrs for NRI recharge It’s to much, how you are doing Here its hike will get only 2% and inflation in india 6%.
