User Reviews

Reviews praise quick, beginner-friendly workouts and simple visuals with progress tracking, but note missing features like restarting progress, reviewing motions, and audio guidance. There are concerns about the lack of flexibility and limited developer support. Overall, it’s a convenient fast routine tool, but its guidance and repeatability limits its long-term appeal.
Pros
  • Short, simple workouts with easy-to-understand graphics.
  • Beginner-friendly and good for establishing a daily routine.
  • Progress tracking and daily workouts help with consistency.
  • Some users report measurable progress or weight loss.
Cons
  • No option to restart progress or go back to Day 1; routines cannot be repeated.
  • Lack of audio/ verbal guidance; only pictures with no countdown and no built-in music.
  • Limited ability to review movements before starting and to repeat routines; inflexibility for injuries or progress adjustments.
  • Limited in-app support/contact options.

I used to love this app, but they’ve added a subscription cost to it. I normally do not mind paying for a subscription if it offers new features, development, or a service. With that said, this app is pretty simple. It provides short workouts with simple graphics, which is what I loved about it. If I am going to pay for a subscription, I expect more. In any case, I deleted it and bought a set of yoga dice, and yoga cards. They do the same as the app, but there is no subscription cost. I’ll save my subscription money to pay for a service with videos and more advanced features.

I do like this app! Wish there was a way to restart my progress. I used pretty consistently for a while - but dropped off for a bit. Wish there was a way to restart my progress instead starting where I left off almost a year ago :/
