The app is easy to use with on‑time rides and helpful drivers, plus useful arrival updates. But reliability and billing problems are common: repeated input/destination issues, variable taxi availability, cancellations or no‑shows, and frequent overcharges with weak customer support. Overall it can be very convenient when it works, but carries notable risk due to outages and billing disputes.

Frequent fare disputes and overcharging; fixed airport rates shown in the app are not honored and extra charges appear.
Customer support is often unhelpful or slow to respond, making refunds or chargebacks difficult.

Our driver spoke excellent English. He was understanding of us being 1st time visitors. Explained a little of how to get around and best times. No stress to the train station and no worries. Happy Travelers!
