But reliability and billing problems are common: repeated input/destination issues, variable taxi availability, cancellations or no‑shows, and frequent overcharges with weak customer support. Overall it can be very convenient when it works, but carries notable risk due to outages and billing disputes.

We were in Lucca Italy for a month and decided to download this app just in case we needed a taxi to get us somewhere. Well as it happened during the last week of our stay, my wife became ill in the middle of the night and I was concerned if I could actually get a cab at 1 in the morning. I put in all the info and 20 minutes later the cab showed up in the town for us and took us to the hospital. What was more important is the driver helped us into the emergency room and when he saw we were having a hard time communicating with the nurse staff, he pushed my wife into the triage area and spoke directly to the nurses there so she was seen right away. His care was critical to us being seen and treated right away, as not many spoke english, other than the doctors. We can’t thank him enough, don’t know his name but did contact the app and they will get our note of thanks to him. Thank you thanks you…great app and even better driver.

We got scammed today by a driver who took advantage of my young adult daughters. He turned off the meter and tracking so I couldn't see where they were and then forced them to pay cash rather than card and charged them €37.50 for what should MAX have been a €19 trip. I tried to call the number for help and they hung up on me three times. Wrote an email but don't have high hopes
