The app is easy to use with on‑time rides and helpful drivers, plus useful arrival updates. But reliability and billing problems are common: repeated input/destination issues, variable taxi availability, cancellations or no‑shows, and frequent overcharges with weak customer support. Overall it can be very convenient when it works, but carries notable risk due to outages and billing disputes.

Pros

Easy to reserve and book rides, including advance bookings.
Taxis arrive on time and rides are reliable when the system works.
Professional, courteous drivers who can be very helpful.
Clear ride updates and car details (make and license plate) to help you track the taxi.
Particularly useful for airport trips and general travel.

Cons

Input and destination selection often broken after app updates; address search won’t populate or allow changing pre-filled addresses.
Inconsistent taxi availability; sometimes no cars are found and you must call the service, causing delays.
Rides are canceled or not dispatched after booking, with no clear explanation and sometimes charged anyway.
Frequent fare disputes and overcharging; fixed airport rates shown in the app are not honored and extra charges appear.
Customer support is often unhelpful or slow to respond, making refunds or chargebacks difficult.

Recent reviews

This app worked 1 out of the 4 times we tried to use it. I downloaded the app based on the sign at the Verona taxi stand because we need a van for five passengers with luggage. When I tried to hail a taxi the app said we were in a restricted area and couldn’t use the app there. Why they would recommend the app at a location it can’t be used is beyond me. It worked fine the next day. Then the next two times it failed us again. I wouldn’t rely on it. You’re better off calling the local taxi service. The one advantage it since is you can pay through the app and avoid trying to pay with a credit card which the drivers really don’t want you to do.
