This app is one of the buggiest I’ve used in the past couple years. 1) FaceID constantly errors when it works fine for every other app even when the “Require Face ID” I use to actually secure the app lets me into it every time. 2) This is 2025. WHY IS THE PASSWORD CHARACTER LIMIT SO LOW??? This is a bank, security is one of the most important things. 3) Ads- not even mentioning the fact that there are ads in my bank app, why do they randomly pop into the screen, shoving the whole page down, and making me click the wrong button. 4) There is no reason you should not be able to do everything in the app that is possible via the website. Security is not even an argument because it’s the same login. I should be able to do basic things like change the name of an account without having to use their website or call my local branch. 5) The last grievance I am going to take the time to write about is the fact that they have not taken the time to actually update the parts of the app that matter. For example, the mobile deposit for the checks still has the bars on the side to align the check with That is formatted for a 16 x 9 display. The iPhone X came out in 2017. They have had plenty of time to adjust these things or at least give the option to adjust the zoom or which lens, as some modern smartphone cameras cannot focus close enough to place the check as close as it asks for.

Almost everyone goes out of their way to do absolutely everything they can to give me the best service possible every time. At the main branch on 14th St. in Sioux Falls, South Dakota is especially courteous, respectful, and friendly, and it does not hurt that. He also has an extremely wonderful & warm professional, speaking voice. he goes out of his way to make sure I have everything I need every time I call, even down to remembering who I am from Calls to the next, which is some kind of strange and wonderful talent.
