myCal PRO Planner

I have used mycalPRO for 13 years and it remains one of the most consistently excellent apps on my iPhone . It is also one of the most used and referred to apps I have. I purchased all the packs offered and they were well worth it. This is one of those rare apps that is simple and straightforward to use but complete in what it offers. Examples are the easiness of setting up repeat events, duplicating events, as well as the ability to color them using a near infinite variety of colors. I divide the events by catagory (financial, work, social,medical etc) and each receives a different color. One thing that can make or break my loyalty to an app is customer service and my experience with this developer, particularly recently , was outstanding! After the recent update I wrote about a change in appearance on the highlighting of ‘today’ on the calendar. I had a response within hours and after further emails (through the app) to clarify. he sent a screenshot of how to set it to the appearance I wanted. I later asked him a question about something that had to do with the Apple birthday app showing up in mycalPRO and he advised how to address it. In an age of bots and customer service generally being absolutely useless, this type of service combined with the elegance and simplicity of this app make it an absolute favorite of mine. I look forward to using this app for many years to come.

I love this app. Have had it for years but with recent update a feature is missing. It use to highlight the day that it was and that’s give which is one reason I look at calender sometimes and if the day it is isn’t highlighted then I am going somewhere else. Please fix it or tell me what I need to do!
