Inova, through its app (as well as phone calls), helped us keep current with all the activity - issues, medication, notes from staff, tests, etc. - while our loved one was in the hospital.

I didn’t have high hopes signing up for this but it has worked so well. It reminds you of everything at a decent tempo so it isn’t spamming with unnecessary messages.
