Had a great time on my visit this time. I always enjoy my stay and Ball by the pool is always attentive and remembers me every time I visit. I appreciate his Service and Pimm concierge check in was amazing helping with a later check out as my flight was a night flight. Please recognize these two for their professionalism and attention to detail to make my stay the best.

全球入住很多酒店，从来没听说过入住押金需要入住总费用1.5倍的情况，也就意味着，我入住一周，就需要缴纳总金额1.5倍的入住押金？当时我问前台工作人员：你确定？回答斩钉截铁，绝对是入住总费用！一般来说，按照一晚房价的百分比收取一定押金都是正常的，譬如有些酒店也也可以拒绝，但是，入住押金收取1.5倍总房价就相当离谱了，假设每晚1000元，住七天，况且是我已经付过房费的情况下让我再缴纳10500元押金，简直就是疯狂至极

My wife and I started traveling alot and i must say that the whole staff by far is the best. Always smiling and very friendly, accommodating and you can feel their genuine care. Their smiles were a great way to start your day positively! I would highly recommend! The hotel was located in a great spot as well. I would stay here again!
