Я оплачиваю все ежемесячную подписку , но в последнюю неделю не могу слушать книги по подписке , система не работает. Оплачиваю заново подписку, книги также не работают , уже удаляла и заново загружаю приложение, тоже не работает . Написала в кастомер сервис , ответ - надо оплатить подписку , но Подписка оплачена за Большой каталог. Уже и не знаю что делать - куда писать и куда обращаться
