They lost our debit card transactions, we can only view the last fifty transactions on the mobile app, tried logging in online on a browser and nope, it’s not there either. Called their service line and that’s all they can see as well. Guess we will have to request a paper copy of our statement and see if that works??? Time to switch banks, this is unprofessional and unacceptable. I used to love this credit union and actually refer people here because of the great service. This used to be my most used interface with the bank, it did everything I needed it to, now it’s just frustrating and glitchy Zero stars if I could

In comparison to the other app this one does not even compare.

Terrible and inadequate. I would close my account today if it wasn’t more trouble than it’s worth. The app, their online help, in person, all of it. Please just go into peace work and shut down.
