The My Massey App allows customers to conveniently manage their account from their mobile device. Using the My Massey App, you can:

• Pay your bill
• Submit a service request
• Review your service history
• Communicate directly with a Massey Customer Care Team Member
• Share pictures for a quick diagnosis by the Massey Services Technical Team
