Rate the wines you drink to enhance your profile and to remember your favorites. WineQuest works when you need it most: at restaurants, grocery stores, bars, warehouse clubs, friends’ houses, wine stores, etc.

Overall, it’s a valuable tool for wine lovers, but users want a broader, more up-to-date catalog and easier search to reduce manual additions.

Pros

Very accurate, personalized wine predictions based on my own tasting history.
Excellent wine tracking: rate wines, add notes, and see how my palate changes over time.
Great for comparing predictions with friends or family (side-by-side).
Extensive library with tasting notes and technical sheets for many wines.
Helpful for choosing wines at restaurants or shops with more confidence.

Cons

Incomplete/missing wines in the database; many wines aren’t yet in the app.
Limited coverage for local and boutique wines; local bottles often aren’t represented.

Recent reviews

This is the best wine app, and I’m amazed at how accurate the predictions are on how much I will enjoy a specific bottle. All of the other apps consider others’ ratings, but this app remembers your specific lines and dislikes, and seems to understand your preferences more, the more bottles you rate over time. The only additional functionality I wish it had would be an ability to scan the bottle instead of typing in the name to search. It would also be nice to have more than 1 friend. But all that being said, I’m hooked on this & will continue to use.

I love this app and the fact that it tells me MY taste, not someone else’s. It’s pretty outdated and hasn’t had an update in years. I find that I’m adding 90% of the wines I want to rate and they aren’t already on the app. Don’t give up on the app, give it an update!!
