Bunch of useless systems that never work. Heavy app, horrible website and don't bother calling customer service!

2 or 3 years ago, there were options to cancel the plan in the app. Now, for some unknown reason, they managed to remove it making cancellation of plans a HELL of difficult for people outside the country. Now, I have complied with all the necessary documents and advance payment as per their instructions thru email. They still provided me the very standard generated email like going to the nearest branch. Bla bla bla… like just cancel my existing account and stop making a hot mess problem out of it.
