PCM Tool

This iPhone app is an exciting new tool designed as a reinforcement to be used by SSCA PCM graduates, licensed only to be sold to those trained in this model by SSCA certified trainers. It is a refresher to specifically aid in identifying and working with an individual you are seeking to interact with more effectively.

This six-question tool is not meant to be a substitute for the KTI assessment, nor is it statistically validated. In order to get the Base/Phase and Condo for the individual, they must fill out the instrument. The reality is, perceptions will not substitute for completing the instrument to obtain valid results.

This iPhone app has proven to be a very strong indication of the Floor you will want to address with "how to" reminders provided for both 1st and 2nd Degree Distress. Using this tool is a highly recommended way to refresh and reinforce the training. In addition, "beta test" users indicate it is very effective at suggesting strategies that work. It has received the highest praise from past participants as both a useful tool, and a constant refresher of the model.
