سجلت اشتراك سنة وعند تلف التابلت الخاص باطفالي قمت بالتواصل معهم لعدم قدرتي على الغاء الاشتراك بعد مرور سنة وتواصلت معهم دون فائدة ، حاولت الالغاء عن طريق الفيزا فاخبرني البنك انه يجب علي ان الغي من التطبيق لكن تابلت ابني تلف ولا استطيع تذكر حساب الايميل ، لكن هناك تواصل سابق معهم من ايميلي الخاص وطلبت منهم مرارا حل لكي يتوقف السحب من الفيزا ولم يعيروني اي اهتمام ، حتى اني عرضت ان اعطيهم رقم حسابي كي يتاكدو من اشتراكي ، لكن لم اجد منهم رد وانا للاسف ادفع منذ ٤ سنوات ولا استطيع الالغاء وايضا لا يتم الرد على رسائلي او ايميلاتي ، تجربة سيئة جدا ولا انصح احد بها ..
