Q-See QT View

This app needs improvement. Not much control over making window change to portrait. Outdated app which cannot updated anymore.

I loved Q-See. I had my first set up for a few years, then got a DVR that handled eight cameras instead of four. When trying to set up remotely, I had problems...as I did the first time. I got help from them. To me, the instructions are NOT clear. I called for help and was told that I could buy a package or pay a one time fee of 49.99 to solve this problem. I understand their time is worth money, but if they are going to charge, the program needs to be something that works and has instructions that are understandable. I am disappointed. I can now see remotely but I don’t know why. I fooled around with it enough that SOMETHING works SOMETIMES, but it randomly kicks me off. Now, I read on here that it could be the instability of the program. SO, I call and they charge me OR I spend TONS of time trying to figure out something that I can’t fix anyway. Not happy anymore.
