2026 Another year gone by and I hate this card even more. The feature where they shut your Face ID off at the drop of the hat sucks! They do it regularly, plus, it does it by itself… this feature is nearly unusable and the developers and the bank simply don’t care. I recommend find another bank! =================== A year since my first post (see below) and this app is simply awful! Clearly Pinnacle Bank isn’t listening to its customers! =================== I like having a mobile app, and I like the Face ID feature; however, I dislike how the app keeps shutting the “Use Face ID” feature off by itself all the time! This has been an issue across multiple updates, it’s time to get this fixed… don’t you think? Even when the phone updates, the settings should be remembered and restored on the update, but this happens all the time, not just with updates! I have iPhone 14 ProMax iOS#17.3.1 The PB app is current. It would almost be better to not have this feature at all than to keep shutting it off all the time; I mean, if you say something has “this feature or that feature,” you kinda raise the level of expectation, don’t you? For example, if you get married, like Jacob did with Leah (Genesis 29:17, 23~25), then wake up the next morning and discover she’s “butt ugly,” which he did, then you’re wanting to start investing it time travel! Ok that’s a bad example, so If you buy a car that claims it has a heater, you may not bundle up quite so much in the winter. If you expect heat, and it quits working all the time, then the car ends up in the repair shop, right? That where this app needs to be! Please fix this, it’s annoying! On the other hand, maybe my phone has a “Spiritual Issue,” like the one James describes here… James 1:23-24 (NLT): For if you listen to the word and don’t obey, it is like glancing at your face in a mirror. You see yourself, walk away, and forget what you look like. … that’s exactly what my phone does!
