Recent reviews

Every time I open the app it opens right at the checkout cart with 12 boxes of contacts for each eye ready to purchase. The purchase is over $1200 and all I have to do is place the order. But my question is why does the app always open in the cart ready for me to purchase 24 boxes of contacts? I have removed it from the cart every time I open the app. And when I open it again it’s there in the checkout cart ready for me to purchase. Please fix this because I do not want to accidentally purchase 24 boxes of contacts.

terrible experience. went through probably 10 attempts to do the virtual eye exam and still never got to the end. seems there are endless issues and errors, or endless loading on many steps… thought this was a quick way to get contacts but doesn’t seem to be any more efficient than just going to a real eye doctor as opposed to this company faking it. 0/10, do NOT recommend to anyone. just go to a real eye doctor and skip this BS… it is incredibly frustrating and inefficient.

Stop asking users to enable notifications EVERY SINGLE TIME THE APP IS USED! We’ve disabled Notifications for a reason, ACCEPT IT! Fix the tax and charging issues when placing orders and paying via ApplePay. Stop reporting negative reviews that tell you about app bugs you haven’t fixed in 5 years because you don’t like 1 star reviews… just fix your app bugs.
