I used this app years ago to help me with cravings and it was so helpful. I stopped using it when I got into a new relationship then we got married had a baby and life got crazy. I recently started using it again (just the free version) and have already noticed a change in my eating habits. I go to get a snack between meals and my brain goes you’re bored not hungry, go do something fun. It really is a game changer!
