It’s been a number of years already, the lack of customer is crazy. I had lots stored on this and I know I’m not the only with the same problem. Lost password = Lost account They must have gone thru some update so I would just use a more trusted source.

Warning folks !!! This App has challenges !! I lost my Vault passcode and can’t access my hidden photos/videos. I have contacted support multiple times for months and have not received a resolution. The app still recognizes my email but I need a working recovery path and clear restore instructions.
