1. Define the GOALS that you would like to achieve in all 4 categories.

2. Specify the HABITS you need to establish in order to achieve your goals.

3. Set up on a CALENDAR the start time and duration of each activity.

4. Activate NOTIFICATIONS to remind you when the activity should be done.

5. Track the PERFORMANCE (progression of establishing a Habit or accomplishment of a Goal) in graph form. Activities done consistently at least 30 times indicate establishment of a Habit. If an activity is missed, the performance counter for that Habit is reset.

6. Set a daily SELF-ASSESSMENT time to generate statistics for the Performance tracking.

7. Celebrate achieved goals and established habits in the ACHIEVEMENTS section. It will remind you just how much you have developed!
