Users praise The Peak’s music and the ability to listen on the go via a free app, but reliability and playback features are major pain points. Repeated crashes, missing current track/playlist info, CarPlay and HomePod integration problems, and a driver-unfriendly UI drive frustration. Content quality remains strong, and many still use the app to access the station, but stability and usability improvements are highly desired.

Frequent crashes, freezing, and general unreliability (app won’t open or requires restarting).

Driver-unfriendly, confusing UI/navigation with feel of an ad-heavy layout.

Constantly crashes, I must have deleted and reinstalled this app 5 times in the last two years. Just awful.

Been too long for this app not to be upgraded. Pamal please put some money into technology and make the listener experience and interaction a better one.
