The app provides useful mobile access to balance info, receipts, and claim submission, but is plagued by repeatable login/authentication problems, state loss after updates, slow/erratic performance, and receipts upload/scan issues, which outweigh the positives.

  • Frequent login/authentication failures on mobile and login loops.
  • App loses state after refocus or updates, requiring re-login and losing form progress.
  • Unreliable performance: slow responses, timeouts, errors when submitting claims.
  • Problems with receipts: cannot upload receipts reliably and barcode scanning doesn't work.

This app sucks and when trying to get help with tech support it’s worse. Good luck to you and if it’s working for you I’m happy for you. As for my experience with the app it sad that any company would use this app.

The app is completely unusable. After the most recent update, every time the app is refocused, it loses its state and requires a fresh sign in. Which means it’s impossible to submit a reimbursement if you need to switch to another app (like Numbers, spreadsheet or other document ) to get data. When returning to I solved, you lose all progress in the submission form and get logged out. Clearly they don’t even test this thing before shipping releases. There’s no way this would pass even the simplest of QA processes
