Downloaded it for the free trial to try out and it didn’t mean my need so I canceled right away but it’s still billed me.

Constant bugs , not reliable, my subscription expired , on the same day it expired i go to renew it and it ripped me off i couldnt use the new subscription, and customer service is non existant, you can only talk to AI which does nothing to help. I prefer using Pinger plus you can use it for free!
