How am I supposed to go to the movies if I can’t pull up my tickets? We go to SILVERSPOT a lot and spend quite a bit of money on movies and food, but since the update, I can’t do any of that. Incredibly frustrating and I do not want to spend money if I can’t earn points.

Not working

The previous version of this app was phenomenal. The need to modify this app to removed online food orders was such a disappointment. I like to preplan and place my order so that when I arrive I do not have to shift around asking for a waiter to serve me. Please bring this function back. This is one of my favorite movie theaters. Additionally, there is not a way I can redeem my member rewards now, other than using it on free tickets.
