Recent reviews

The app is easy to navigate and shows you several discount coupons, however, at no point in scheduling a visit do I see anything about how much the services will cost. No idea if your oil change is going to cost you 60 bucks or 150 until you get to the place or call ahead.

I love Firestone! They always do a great job. The app is the issue. It needs to be more in sync with the stores. The appointments set on the app should be set in the store. Calling the store to set an appointment should then show up in the app. The appointments already made should show up in the app. It all needs to work together. Only actual available appointments should show up in the app. Firestone has a great design, it should be utilized to work properly.
