User Reviews

Overall, Paramedic Drug List Flashcards is praised as an easy, portable study tool with a large library that helps with exams and field knowledge. Repeated concerns center on content accuracy and completeness, with some drug data outdated or missing (e.g., routes), plus UI/navigation issues (orientation lock and limited review flow). Despite drawbacks, many users rely on it as a core EMS study aid and recommend it to peers.
Pros
  • Large, comprehensive set of drug flashcards covering many emergency meds.
  • Simple, easy-to-use interface that’s convenient for studying during downtime.
  • Helpful for exams and memorization; serves as a good drug refresher for paramedics.
  • Clear, precise content and well-structured cards that aid memory.
  • Widely used and recommended by peers in EMS as a study aid.
Cons
  • Content is sometimes inaccurate or outdated, with missing data (e.g., certain indications, onset/duration, routes like Naloxone IN).
  • Not all medications are covered in the app.
  • UI/UX navigation is clunky: portrait-locked menus, horizontal cards, and a missing back button hinder efficient review.
  • Limited feature set; the app is simple and lacks more advanced study options.

Some of the indications and other things are wrong. I paid for this app and it’s not even correct. That’s not okay.

There are a lot flashcards. When you close the app it just starts all over. If you want to do all the cards you have to do all of them in one sitting.
