Most reviews are negative due to stability and performance problems: frequent errors, unreliable syncing, slow uploads, and login/permission issues. UI/UX frustrations (Apple Pencil misinterpretation, navigation) and weak support exacerbate the frustrations, especially for field users. A minority still finds the app useful and worth having for project work, but overall there is a strong call for significant improvements in reliability, onboarding, and mobile admin capabilities.

Recent reviews

I’m baffled why there are so many 5 star ratings on here. Why you are forced to download project files onto your local device with the mobile app for a cloud service, I have no idea. You are also forced into using this app frol mobile when attempting to log in from browser. For hyper scalers and large project this app is almost unusable and syncing with latest data takes forever and a few gigs of memory. Would only ever use on a company provided device and even then the amount of features and interface compared to the desktop website is trash.
