The Taco Bell app is the worst fast food app out there. I cannot add menu items and there is no cart/bag. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but nothing has fixed the issues. I see others are having the same problems. Don’t waste your money.

Plenty disgusted last week after midnight at very far end of drive through where I stopped to try to use app again. Spent so long working at app without realizing car lights on after midnight that I was forced to contact USAA insurance and SAM’S jumpstart would be 2- 2 1/2 hours arrival time! Lucky that Plainfield police car finally pulled in front of me at drive thru. I walked up in front of patrol car & got cop’s attention & an earlier jump start! Now today I receive an update app notification from 6 days ago! [So now, 2nd time out of 3 at drive through where app not up & ready for me to use!! Looks as if ‘The Bell’ has found a way to give its long-time customers the middle finger & put us in unsafe positions with its buggy app!]
