I’m having the same problem and have tried 2 different phones. Both say the same thing as the review above that there are network issues. I’ve tried deleting the app and downloading it again and that didn’t work. It’s definitely not my phones.

I have used the app for years. All of a sudden it says there are network issues. Nothing had changed at my end. I see another review let with the same issue. I hope they fix it soon.
