Setup too complicated the one before was better

To be honest I like tmobile but the fact you do t do fully the app in English is really annoying and not use full. I understand 30%. It’s not ideal. I couldn’t even recharge my own phone with out have to ask some polish speaker what was wrong it end it up that i have to place my email Wich of course. Is not in English

I am very disappointed with T-Mobile service. After switching to another carrier, they still charged my card. Then I received an extra fee. Customer support did not help solve the problem. Very bad experience.
