MTsU Mobile is valued for quick email access, bus tracking and campus map, and overall usefulness for students. However, it is plagued by frequent crashes and instability, especially on startup or after updates, along with sign-in/out problems that cause loss of access to email and schedules. The app also feels outdated on some devices (no dark mode, non-optimized for large screens) and some sections like Mymt fail to load, making essential features unreliable. When it works, it's a handy, essential campus tool, but reliability needs major fixes.

Hello producers of this app. I am a student at MTSU and I have a concern that my app doesn’t allow me to see my mail on my phone which is really critical because if I can’t see my mail then I basically can’t see what’s going on.

MT Mobile is alright. Personally I only use it for the bus tracking or for the map, but it’s pretty common to see people use it around campus. It *is* starting to show signs of age, or at least a lack of maintenance: - the app doesn’t natively support (and scales to fit) iPhone Plus/Max (6.7”) screens. It’s very noticeable with alerts and leaves the entire UI feeling “off”. - no dark mode support. If someone ends up reading this review, I might as well make a feature request: bus tracking widgets? Although the way the tracker is set up might prevent that from working.
