News Journal believes that the population base of New Castle County Delaware are fools. Develops version 1 of app and it allows full access to news stories. Updated version arrives and all content is behind a $15.00 per month pay wall. This is the same amount as the print version. I did not realize that bits are as expensive as paper. The Gannet company needs to get rid of its antiquated business model and join the 21st century. In short DO NOT BUY. Obviously Mike in Newark works for the News Journal.
