This is an iOS version of the original and variants of the classic Austin Maze test (and variants) to evaluate executive and spatial learning deficits. This application is intended for neuropsychologists, neurologists, speech pathologists and psychologists who need to use one or other of these tests for assessment of patients. The maze is represented by a board-game like 3D structure always in landscape orientation. It can be rotated from the setup position (underneath) to the testing position by swiping. The Milner hidden pathway is available in a 10x10 matrix, both forwards and backwards, two demos (6x6, 8x8) and random maze pathways chosen from 40 designed to have similar choice points to the Milner pathway. The iPad interface is very intuitive allowing a hands-on feel with tapped tiles displaying a green checkmark if the tile on the path or red X if not. Rules are those specified originally. Results can be viewed, exported to iCloud or emailed. If you wish to have other maze pathways (including with smaller maze dimensions), please contact us, and we can likely add them.
