User Reviews

The Blood Test Guide is valued as a quick reference and study aid for common lab tests, with an easy-to-use interface and helpful visuals. However, it suffers from stability problems (crashes/freeze), content quality issues (inaccurate data and inconsistent ranges), missing functionality (no ability to track lab results over time or export reports), and a suboptimal tablet experience (iPad portrait-only). Users want better proofreading, updated content, analytics for trends, and improved cross-device compatibility.
Pros
  • Useful reference for common lab tests and reference values
  • Easy to use and handy for quick lookups
  • Helpful for studying basic lab concepts
  • Graphics are appealing and aid learning
Cons
  • Stability issues: app crashes, freezes, and closes unexpectedly
  • Inaccurate or incomplete medical data and inconsistent reference ranges
  • Lacks core features: no way to track results over time or export/share (PDF/print)
  • Poor iPad/tablet experience: portrait-only and awkward UI on larger screens

My initial thought was that I’d be able to enter my lab results over time, find recurring problems, and share to a printer or as a pdf report. No such luck, so it’s back to my spreadsheet method.
