After my payment method was wrongly declined, I am unable to reinstate my account to Pro and unable to change payment method I have contacted the app 3 times and and no help. The app keeps crashing when I try to upgrade and my credit card works for everything else. Horrible customer support.I have used this app for years. My wife and I have been using this app for sometime. It’s very handy so that we can both share a shopping list. My only complaint is that it is very easy to accidentally delete an item and think that you have bought it. It would be nice to double tap an item when you are deleting it so that this does not happen. There is an opportunity to improve this app.
