You failed miserably with this new update. After playing this game for 12 years, buying countless puzzles which were all stored on my iPad, and buying coins to buy more puzzles it is all gone!!! What a way to treat your faithful customers! Don’t get this app. They can’t be trusted.

I have been using this app for several years. I started on my desktop, then switched to laptop, and now I am using this on my iPad. I’ve never had to login when playing because all purchases and puzzles automatically saved on my iPad and I could continue where I left off. Then all of a sudden logging into the game using Facebook or apple was required. I selected apple and ALL of my progress was immediately lost. Instead of the system combining my current profile on my iPad to my Apple login, it was deleted, and created me a new profile. I cannot get the thousands of puzzles back.

Game starts over. Log on yesterday and everything I bought and did is gone. Gonna delete. ( love playing this game but can’t afford to start over) really upsetting
