The MyBlock app is widely criticized for reliability and usability. The most repeated issues are non-functional links and navigation, frequent logouts and login/verification problems, and a clunky interface that renders UI elements off-screen and makes tasks harder. Users also report paying high fees with poor results and unsatisfactory customer support that doesn’t resolve problems. Recent reviews

It’s been good for several years. For my 2025 taxes, it took me forever to check out. It kept crashing on my Apple payment. It was frustrating enough that for this years taxes, I’ll be trying TurboTax.
