Whats with arena sport la liga games sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t about copyright issues when will you guys fix that?

I understand limiting devices, but this is not how you fix the problem. My TV was activated years ago by someone else, and now, even with my own subscription, I can’t use it. First “solution” — call the old owner. Second — replace the TV. How about actually fixing the software/app instead? Absurd.
