My Netvue app stopped allowing me to view my videos I reached out to customer support and the replied letting me know I needed to download the new Birdfy app. The Netvue app is now for their security cameras only I believe. Thanks for the quick response!

We have had our bird feeder for three years now and all Of a sudden we can’t view our videos every time I click on one it says play video after loading but it never loads so we can’t see our videos.
