This app was mid tier at best. I could pay the credit card balance easily. Didn’t like that it would route you to a different browser to do that. No other banking app I’ve had does that. Now that it updated, I spent months trying to click “pay” button but it would take me to the transfer screen. Now I can hit pay but it won’t reroute me to make a payment due to “an error” and now Im late through no fault of my own. It’s 2026, developers need to get with the times and make this feel like something created in this decade.

When I was with M&T I was able to get a text every morning with my account balance. As well as when it got below a certain point or a deposit happened. I have the last 2. But I would like to have my balance sent every day.

It’s 2026 and yet I can’t just pay my car payment with my bank debit card without a fee. I have to transfer money that is now just sitting in limbo for days. Might switch my car loan to another credit union.
