Pill Monitor: Drug Minder helps you never miss a dose by letting you schedule reminders for each pill, with customizable times, repeat dates, and dosages. It runs offline, supports take/skip/snooze actions, and lets you choose from eleven reminder sounds. It keeps you on track whether you’re using the app or not, and even works with Apple Watch.

Beyond reminders, you can manage pill details (side effects, recommended dosage, form, rx number), add photos, track taken history, and attach notes to entries. You can email taken logs to your doctor, back up data via Wi‑Fi, Dropbox, or Apple devices, and migrate to the pro version from Settings. Pill Monitor supports iPhone, iPad, and offline operation without internet access.

In the notes under the medicine I can notate my symptoms. This is great for doctors visits. I entered headaches as a drug because I have migraines so recurrently and it helps me to be able to see how often they are happening and to be able to notate the triggers. I have several chronic illnesses and I use this app religiously. It prevents me from overdosing because when you take medicine regularly you sometimes forget if you took it at 3 today or was that yesterday that you took it at 3? I can just open the app and look. I try to track the medicine when I’m taking it and feel I have made it a habit. I love this app.
