iWeaveIt is a hand weaving pattern designer originally ported from the PC WeaveIt, now available for iPhone, iPad, and iPod with a single purchase that syncs across devices via iCloud. It reads and writes WIF files, supports iOS gestures for drafting, and lets you view single or multiple repeats to preview the full cloth.

Key features include zoom with gestures, editing threading, treadling, and tieup, lift plans, undo history, custom color palettes, and WIF import/export. Exports can be shared via email, iCloud, or local storage, and drafts can be printed with AirPrint. Big drawback if running on a Mac…the Print button is at the bottom of the box, off screen, so printing was not possible. Had to reboot the machine at command line to get out of this.

I really like the app but the two add ons I purchased won’t show up in the program. Very frustrating.

The website that hosts the guide/manual is not loading. This is very unfortunate as I am new to the app and weaving and need support with getting the most out of the app. Very disappointing for what I paid for this app.
