Why host an app on the US AppStore and not provide English? Also, your login process, while being admittedly Japanese is impossible to navigate for a normal human. You lock in “biometrics” (Face ID) then lock people into a loop because your nonsense UI doesn’t understand how to integrate. I would love to be able to pay my bill via an app, but I can’t. Heck, I would be happy to pay my bill online from a computer… but I also can’t.
